Empty Times - Empty Space at Faber Andorra– The Collaborations

AS mentioned before this residence project is dealing with the concepts of empty times – empty spaces and is based on the philosophical thoughts and ideas of Ma and Zen, which originate from the Far Eas

Originally, the entire project was planned as a solo project and only included a workshop on the topic of social sculpture.
However, shortly before my stay and the start of the project, opportunities arose to collaborate with three local artists simultaneously. The concept was therefore adapted, and the project was divided into several parts. It now consists of various collaborative works.

I worked on a different project with each artist: An audiovisual (sound/video) project called "Circadian Silence" in collaboration with the scientist and visual artist Nathalie Launay. This project with her was particularly important to me, as we learned from each other and began to rethink our artistic concepts and visions.
The other two collaborative projects were a visualized poem (video poem) titled "El pes i el buit del temps" in collaboration with the poet Fabiola Sofia Masegosa.
The third project was a performance titled "Space between empty and full," created in collaboration with the visual artist Emma Regada, which explored the concepts of emptiness and fullness using water as the main medium.

As a result, the entire project and the concepts of "Empty Times - Empty Space" gained a broader meaning and interpretation, both in intellectual and artistic terms.
