This exhibition aims to offer a small journey through the intricate realms of human desire where the boundaries between utopia and dystopia blur and sensuality is intertwined with uncertainty. Works that explore the dichotomy of eroticism: a force that is both beautiful and disturbing. From idealized landscapes of utopian pleasure to the shadows of dystopian control this exhibition seeks to delve into the complexity of our most primal instincts. A delicate balance between liberation and constraint pleasure and danger. Provocative themes to challenge social norms and reflect on the profound impact of eroticism on the human psyche. Whether you are drawn to the euphoric visions of utopia or the haunting echoes of dystopia this exhibition invites you to engage in a dialogue that transcends borders and delves into the essence of human desire.

MUSLAB AFTER between December 2nd and December 6th, 2024. Sound art, photography and video art works by more than 200 artists from 46 different countries in the different chambers of the theater with a selection of different sound and photographic works and video art where our different cultural identities are analyzed through the relationship of endemic social processes and globalization. A social study where cultural identity is seen from contemporary art.

MUSLAB is an International Electroacoustic Music Showcase that seeks to bring together and disseminate the creation and exploration of sound by artists from different parts of the world. Its objective is to promote the creative process and contemporary artistic communication through activities that bring the public closer to experimental sound creation, offer artists new platforms of expression and foster a network of global exchange through concerts, training in new technologies and cultural activities.

New works and motifs in my online shop

New works and motifs in my online shop. All new works are physical and original in contrast to my digital dowload works which are already available in my shop which can be downloaded directly

The works presented in this shop are a little different from my other general works that I create as a visual artist. The motifs are more colorful and include a wide range of styles and motifs. From abstract to figurative, from monochrome to very colorful. Including nude, urban and nature motifs. In addition, the preferred representation of the subjects of most of my works are in square and round formats, just to make them a little distinctive and individual. Finally, the scale and size of the physical/original works fall into the miniature category, none of the square formats are larger than 20 x 20 cm or 30 x 21 cm for the rectangular formats.

Anonymous Drawings - ANONYME ZEICHNER*INNEN - a project for original drawings, curated by Anke Becker and the FILMROLLE 2024 with 116 animations from all over the world by LINES FICTION – But at the same time, there will also be a re-screening of the first FILMROLLE from 2022. FILMROLLE 2024 and 2022 are a project for drawings and artistic animations, curated by Bettina Munk

My sound work "R.5" is broadcast by EARS HAVE EYES during the their November Episode under the theme MORE THAN HUMAN

The upcoming show will air a selection of sound works from different artists this Wednesday, November 13 at 8 pm MT on CJSW 90.9 FM, and be available on our website, Golden Co-op Radio, and New Adventures in Sound Art radio soon afterwards.

About the episodes theme: MORE THAN HUMAN: voices from beyond our understanding For our November episode, we want listening to the voices of animals, plants, and ecosystems beyond our normal human understanding. From the mighty calls of whales, to the whispering mycelial networks of forests, to the interspecies communications of insects, we’re broadcasting sound art, field recordings, experiment music, and others auditory artworks amplifying the more than human world.

About the work "R.5"

A composition and compilation of sounds of animals, birds, insects, flowing rivers, wind, distant thunder, forest, rain forest, rain and raindrops hitting plants and ground. Back and forth in rhythm before it starts to rain, the moments in the rain and after the rain.
