The exhibition is dedicated to showcasing the city through the eyes of its creatives. This could mean photographs or videos captured in The Hague, illustrations of its people and places, sculptures inspired by the city or made using materials from The Hague, or any other work that tells a story about the city and your connection to it. Throughout the exhibition period, there will be a series of creative meetups and community gatherings, creating opportunities .The Hague Creates is an platform for creativity in The Hague.

Title “Up to 3 & 4” / Photography This is the staircase leading to platforms 3 and 4 at Moerwijk station in The Hague. A simple station for local trains (Sprinter). I've never really felt connected to the city, let alone considered it home. And yet, these stairs are a daily symbol of leaving the city behind

Part of the IMAF festival will be presented online and as a multimedia exhibition during the duration of the festival. This year's video performance presentation presents 28 works by over 35 artists from 21 countries. The project of online presentation of the video performance on the YouTube channel of the IMAF festival will be realized from August 24 to September 5, 2026. Another of the accompanying events within IMAF 2026 is the international multimedia exhibition. Photographs, digital prints, drawings and video works submitted for this year's online presentation will be exhibits for a multimedia exhibition entitled "Performance = Freedom". Thus, the participants of the online presentation are also exhibitors at the "Performance = Freedom" exhibition.

About the performance “meaning to be hidden”

Following a strict choreography, the performer reflects the concept of dignity in relation to time, stillness, the power of solitude, and life through carefully executed movements. It highlights the fact that every living being and every object has dignity and its own time. Furthermore, the work takes a philosophical approach within the context of time and dignity. At the same time, the work also addresses loneliness. Being alone is not always painful, but it can be complex and challenging. We may be in a phase of longing for companionship and change, but we must also ask ourselves whether the process of yearning for belonging to a social environment has already begun, or whether we are ultimately consciously avoiding any sense of belonging or connection to others.

New gallery and shop on Saatchi Art,

I am currently setting up a gallery and shop on Saatchi Art, where my work can be purchased.

At present, the gallery and shop are focusing on a selection of my photographs from various portfolios. I have chosen nude and floral photography in particular to highlight the contrasts in my work. Limiting the focus to these two themes and photography serves to provide a clear overview of my interdisciplinary and multimedia work on this gallery and shop platform. After a certain initial period, printmaking may be added, and the themes will change.

I chose Saatchi Art because it is a curated platform that focuses purely on art and caters to an art-interested audience/collectors. I closed for good my shop on Etsy due to my dissatisfaction with the platform.
