Lauschsalon is part of artspring festival
For the first time in the festival's history, artspring Berlin is placing a focus on sound art this year under the name artspring Klangkunst. Also known as sound art, this interdisciplinary art form, which uses sound and noise as its central material, will be the focus from 07/05 - 01/06/2025. Two curated exhibitions and an event program will be staged in cooperation with Pankow-based initiatives and practitioners of the genre and its border areas. A temporary radio studio will also be set up to report on and with art and artists, broadcast radio art, and accompany the events of artspring berlin. Let us hear what you connect acoustically with this year's theme "[ˈapɡəˌfakt] – something is broken here"! A curated selection of the contributions will be presented in the Theater unterm Dach on 16 May 2025 in the Lauschsalon event format and/or played on the festival radio.
